The Samsung Galaxy S22 is probably the best Samsung S series yet.
I've just come back to Samsung from an iPhone 11 after 12 months using the Apple device, and despite being an Apple computer user for 30 years, I personally think the Samsung S22 wipes the floor with the iPhone. What I like most about Android phones is that you have complete control over everything, to the extent that you can use them pretty much like a desktop computer to browse content, move files around and add or remove files without having to purchase third-party software, send and receive stuff to other phones via bluetooth, back everything up with a simple utility and to Google or Samsung clouds or both, rather than having to use the painful process of syncing an iPhone with either iTunes or the infuriatingly frustrating iCloud, the latter for which most will need a subscription for adequate cloud storage, and so on. The Samsung S22, like most Android phones, is incredibly user-friendly in every aspect, and everything about it is just simple and straightforward while being as powerful as you'll ever need. Build quality of the S22 is exemplary - fantastic screen, sound, camera, speed, reception, wi-fi calling support (dependant on network operator). It's a highly accomplished phone and, in my opinion, probably the best Samsung phone you can buy. There's absolutely nothing about the S22 that I don't like. In my own humble opinion, it's everything my iPhone 11 should be and more, and I think that says it all.

Defective Product and Amazon's Refusal to Refund – A Frustrating Experience
The item I received had a glaring defect, rendering part of the phone screen practically unusable (the picture attached shows the circle part of the screen that is not responsive). Also, the network signal is always 1 bar, as seen in the screenshot, making phone calls impossible. This is unacceptable for a product sold on a platform like Amazon. I was shocked by their response when I reached out to Amazon's customer support for assistance. Despite clear evidence of a defective product, they refused to provide a refund, citing reasons against the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am deeply disappointed not only with the product itself but also with Amazon's handling of the situation. As a customer, I expect fair treatment, especially concerning defective products. Amazon's refusal to refund in this case is simply unacceptable. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Amazon's customer support. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied and frustrated. I hope this review serves as a warning to other potential buyers to exercise caution when purchasing.
